Heron House Court - Adult Only

Staff were amazing.

Roman and the staff were very helpful. Herron House Court is very convenient to pretty much everything. There are mini fridges in the rooms so bring your own bottles of water, but don’t save leftovers as there are no microwaves.

When we arrived, since it was after hours, there was a note stating that the pool was out of service which was a bummer. We were looking forward to using it and one of the main reason why we chose this hotel. The breakfast included wasn't really a buffet style, it was bagels, cheerios and coffee. The parking was horrible, there is no parking so you must look for street parking and you have to get lucky to find out. We spent about 30-40 minutes going in circles. Overall, stay was ok, room was clean and it was pretty quiet, but I would probably not book here again.

I am reserving my evaluation on follow-up from the hotel management on a discount for our stay, as promised. unfortunately, the pool was closed for our stay, and our TV did not work (desk clerk suggested the ROKU service was out) I am awaiting a confirmation on our discounted rate.
