Heron House Court - Adult Only

Pool was dirty needed cleaning, I cleaned the pool my self. But overall stay was good. Friendly staff, room was OK GREAT SHOWER! and Good morning breakfast. I would stay there again.

Amazing location.

The room was clean but very small. Staff at front desk not very personable. Pool was heated but felt like a bathtub, especially in Florida summer should be a place to cool off . Parking is on the street if you are lucky enough to get a spot. Convenient and safe location

Charming atmosphere. Perfect location for walking to area restaurants and attractions. No parking lot but we were able to find a free street spot right outside the hotel.

Heron House Court was excellent. The AC in the rooms was fantastic. Nice, quiet property away from busy Duval street. Plenty of places to eat, grab a drink or a coffee.

Great location. Good bakery down the street. Close to KW Express. Breakfast had no coffee. No fruit. The pool was under construction with no word it would be unavailable. The room had a lizard running around. The chalk around everything was in need of a professional. The dresser drawers wanted to pull the furniture over. The bathroom door didn’t close. Not all the a/c worked properly.

Location is great for Key West Express. We had two rooms. Old house they have made into a hotel. Bedroom/bathroom tile and chalking was not proper done so the creepy factor is high. One room had a moist skin lizard. Issue with fans and a/c. NO coffee at breakfast, WTH! Breakfast was bread items with sliced cheese and deli ham and hard boiled eggs. But having to wait for them to go to the store to get coffee, no. The decking near and around the pool was warped. They started taking it up at breakfast time. No notice that the pool would be unavailable. The pool itself was full of leaves. I wish I could add photos to this review.
