The staff were all professional and helpful. The property was well maintained and the rooms were spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was not ready when I got to the hotel after 3 pm.

Nice clean place

This is a great place to stay when in the Rochester area. Parking is secure underground. Take the elevator behind a room key activated door. The kitchenette was convenient to have with a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove. Found several local restaurants that had great food and within short 2 block walk. On late afternoon check in Aspen Suite was serving a light supper Monday-Thursday to guests which was a nice perk. We had a 2 Queen Suite which id on the smaller side but still gave us plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub was clean and used by the family. We will definitely be booking here again!

Right across from one of the Mayo campuses, I was surprised at how reasonably it was priced for the excellent experience we had.

They’ve thought of everything! Free laundry, transportation to Mayo locations, parking and evening receptions. Very good breakfast and friendly service.
