Clean and in good condition. Good evening food

Best stay ever. My daughter is at St Mary’s Mayo Hospital waiting for transplant. Staying at Aspen has made this experience much easier as I am staying alone and I feel very safe. The staff and everyone staying here are so very friendly it really has helped me. The room is spotless and comfortable the area is awesome and the hospital is just steps away. Thank you so much

The breakfasts and the additional daily evening menus were very good and appreciated.

My son has to go to Mayo Clinic twice a year, we always stay here it's like home

Wish they had smoking rooms

Photos were cery misleading to the size of the room, the bathroom clearly was not swept as there were pubic hairs all over the floor, and shampoo/soap on the shower door

Always an amazing pleasure to be there. We have spent many nights while my Brother was inpatient at Mayo.

I posted a complaint about the road noise. The answer was that i should have asked for a different room. So i did and was told nothing was available. So a lot of good that did. I definitely would rethink staying here at least until road construction is done.

It was very welcoming. Not the bright lights when walking into other places. Evidently the hotel chain inspector was there and walked into our room unexpectedly. Also the room initially smelled musty and mildewed. Like the air conditioner needed serviced. They did offer to change rooms, but it would have been a hassle so we decided to stay and the smell did dissipate, but returned after being closed up all day the next day while we were at the Clinic. When I approached the desk the woman behind the desk was very defensive about both situations. I didn’t catch her name. The room was clean, loved the refrigerator in the room. All in all not bad, would probably stay there again just not room 306!!
