Had a hiccup as at the start and the parking situation is complicated if you have multiple vehicles but over all the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall appearance of the hotel was clean and inviting

"Very nice, clean hotel with a great location!"

Location was great for getting to the Civic Center and super easy to travel to other area of town. The interior of the hotel was clean and inviting. Our room was clean and spacious. It’s a great hotel for those needing extended stay, those who are ill or have disabilities and require equipment.

The parking was a bit confusing and the underground space was difficult to maneuver in if you needed to turn around.
