It's a very warm environment, 75 degrees or so. Ideal if you are a cold baby. Not comfortable if you're menopausal. I turned the thermostat in my room down to 67 when I checked and it never went below 75.

The breakfasts were always wonderful with great choices every morning. The common area is very cozy and comfortable. Like a welcoming home when you walk in. The location couldn't be more perfect for families of patients at St Mary's Hospital. Friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds. Heated parking at no extra charge.

Nice location if you are going to the St Marys campus of Mayo Clinic. Less than a mile from the main campus of MC. Steps outside this location is Tinn's Philly Cheesesteak..delicious...try the Vietnamese sandwiches too. The Honker restaurant is right next door and very good. This location allows dogs, we had our two big dogs and it worked out perfect. There's a small amount of underground heated parking but unfortunately a few douche bags will park in the middle of two spots limiting how many people can park in there. The hot breakfast was a nice ammenity and saved us money.

Check-in was great. Very friendly easy and quick. We needed to leave a day early. I went to desk. Had to get employee from kitchen. Told his we needed to checkout early. He rudely told me i had prepaid and was not getting my money back. While he was putting his earbud back in and turned around and left. I never asked or assumed i would get a refund. We do need to go back to hospital for more appts but this will not be the place we will be staying.

I was told that I'm not allowed to stay there because my friend that was coming to visit is from Rochester and is not allowed to stay at a at their hotel mean that he's from the area also they looked up my past record and said that they don't feel comfortable with me staying there because of my record that is just unbelievable
