Comfort Suites Southaven - Memphis South

The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a good variety of food for the complimentary breakfast.

Requested late check out and still was locked out of my room. When brought the issue up to the front desk, I was then asked for an ID in order to gain access to my room again. I had only stepped outside to my car. Very frustrating and humiliating

The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible to everything I wanted to do, go to and do.

The breakfast choices were the same every day and the fruit choice was limited to one fruit only.

House keeping starting knocking at the door at 0900. Two hours before checkout

Comfortable beds, large room. Other than throw pillow size bed pillows, everything else was great. Would stay here again but bring my own pillow.

Room was clean, i didn’t like that there was exposed holes in the walls, the ceiling had yellow stuff and hair all on it. Rust in the rub.

Location

The staff was rude and the breakfast was not up to par. Saturday they had everything but on Sunday it was like take it or leave it.
