Comfort Suites Southaven - Memphis South

We didn’t have any hot water the night we stayed.

Would have been a wonderful concert night for Teddy Swms. I ate that evening at Chilies and when i got to hotel, I became very sick. Food Poisoning. I sent my best friend but i stayed behind. I called the venue. As i had payed extra for accidental insurance. Yet, because i didnt go to the ER. Nothing tbeh could do. Not evren a 50% credit.. So unfair!!!

The front desk staff was amazing! Friendly and pleasant but the condition of the room was terrible. The room was dusty; the shower curtain was damaged and useless and there were rust stains in the bathtub. I'm not sure if the room has not been slept in for a while but the furniture was dusty and unkept. You can tell the bedding was changed only and unused towels left. Everything else was overlooked.

We really enjoyed our room. The AC was set low and worked well, the shower had nice water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint is that the pillows were lumpy.

Our room wasn’t cleaned regularly and our toilet wouldn’t flush regularly

Room had garbage in wastebaskets. Did not seem very clean. The staff did come in and wipe down the desks. Bedding for pull out couch did not seem to recently changed.

My stay at Comfort Suites has been great. Brittany has been a joy and very helpful. From the moment we arrived my family was greeted with a very friendly smile and pleasant words. Our rooms are nice and clean and very comfortable.
