Bit dirty.

Close to freeway, price was affordable

Needs to be updated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

It was ok to stay for a night, but everything is noticeably old, worn out and not well maintained. Our tv didn’t work properly, found some trash in our room.

Room 122 has a bright spot light outside that shines through the window and there is no way to close the curtains. Super bright in the room. The AC unit is very very noisy. It needs to be changed out.

Brittany is by far one of the best receptionists I’ve ever come in contact with. She’s the sweetest ever. I’ll make sure to come back just for the experience with her.

The overall experience was good but I haven’t receive my $100 deposit yet that they said would go back on my card from them after checkout and it’s been over the 5 business day period.

Brittany is very nice and goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests. She’s not like most sitting behind a desk and rude. Just because of her actions I would definitely recommend this hotel as the best hotel to stay in Mississippi!!!! Keep up the good work your boss should be proud and not just with words because actions speaks louder!!!!!!!!!!

Before COVID, this hotel is my favorite in all of Southaven, clean and smells good. But now it’s dilapidated, my room seems like it hasn’t been cleaned for months, the carpet old and dusty, the toilet bowl has some black streaks on it. Cleaning Lady cannot even get rid of it. But it very convenient for airport or shopping and dining!
