Nevada City Inn

No towels, no hot water, hanging fan from ceiling, no waste baskets, no light bulbs in lamps, torn out towel racks, no cups or coffee maker, no window screens, AC not working, filthy floors, curtains attached with safety pins. Used to stay there years ago and knew it would be dated but should be condemned. Didn’t ever think Bookings would list a property like this. Slept in our clothes on top of the bed. Have NEVER been so shocked and disappointed.

C'était vétuste et sale et ne correspondait pas à nos réservations. Il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner bien que ce soit indiqué comme inclus dans le prix. Nous ne sommes pas restés et avons été remboursé en partie.

We rented a one bedroom cottage. We found out on our arrival that it was overbooked and not available for our reservation. We fought with booking.com on the phone 4 times who said that this property did not have a late cancellation and booking.com was not going to refund any money unless the Inn said they would. The clerk at Nevada City Inn said the Inn was not going to charge my credit card. A few days later, the Nevada City Inn charged my credit card $164.99.

The one bedroom cottage was not available for our reservation. It was overbooked. Yet, they charged me $164.99
