I was not informed before booking that is is under construction. The bathroom towels were wet, the window had black mold, the door to bathroom got stuck closed, the lights flickered with shorts, the wall heater did not work, i complained and they said its a holiday and you cannot speak to mgt. as they are gone. I asked for them to be phoned. They still would not speak to me. The front desk then phoned the police. They came and got the bathroom door open and laughed that they were phoned and said the place is known for not having a good reputation. They recc i not book there in future. There was a guest that pulled in and out all night appearing to be doing suspicious activities. The bed had black long hairs in it and there were a very smsll amt. of tv channels to watch. The east indian male walked by my room twice looking in as well. It was the most horrible experience ive ever had. Imagine the customer being wrong and having the police called for needing room change and refund

Not much Would not choose again Overpriced Basically a ripp off . They should feel bad charging ppl so much money to stay at such a ran down old place . Tweakers were hanging out in front of the hotel .

The bed was decently comfortable.

The room was very dirty. The floor was icky, needs to be replaced please, not just cleaned. There was mildew in the bathroom & shower, including the shower curtain! There was beard hair or pubic hair on our “clean” towels. Spider webs in almost every corner. This room was not properly prepared for guests. The toilet also needs to be balanced as the room is sinking causing flushing issues. Please remodel before too long.

Having someone at the front desk in case of an emergency, I had to sit in my car last night because the person that was a friend and who I was going to extend a hand up and let her get out of the rain and kick back, well the person turned on me and accused me of stealing her socks and her makeup and that I needed to get my things and leave. Someone called the Nevada city police dept and when they arrived I informed them that I rented the room and it's my name on the paper work and my credit card , but when the officer tried to confirm what I was telling him with someone at the front desk the office was closed. The officers said if they had return for a second call we would both be asked to leave. I stayed in my car because I didn't want to give the police a reason to take me to jail. 🥶Cold in the car at this time of year!

The property was old and tired. Some renovations were done, but on a shoestring. The flooring was old, the fixtures were old, the window coverings were old, the plumbing was old. The property was in dire need of just about everything. The toilet didn’t flush in my first room. It took three different keys to get into my second room, and the blinds covering the window on my room were broken. I had to cover it with a towel. I reserved a separate room for my cousin, and he had to take a shower in standing water due to poor drainage. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

Didn’t stay it was so dirty, rough, everything was broken and gross.

I stay here because its inexpensive, but it clearly needs to have all rooms get some TLC (clean the AC, touch up the worn paint, properly mount wall units (heater) and please clean the grout in the bathroom once a year. I did hear the place is under new management o with any luck they'll put a little time and effort into it. As far as I could tell the bed was clean however.

Bugs everywhere, woke up with bites all over my body. Disgusting place, not safe at all, felt like I was going to get robbed or tetnis.
