Room unavailable when pulled up hour past check in. Booked two rooms together and they separated us. Vermin, feces stains, and cockroaches visible in room. Front desk attendant was nodding off from obvious drug use and could not stay awake or tell me simple check in procedures without drooling or passing out. Left and went to find other safer, cleaner lodging in grass valley.

my reservation on 9/20 was deplorable and I was unable to stay and use the room. it was the last room at the hotel and it had the following issues-broken bathroom window, broken front door-unable to shut 100% nor lock, and very dirty. I have pictures. The stairs and porch on the second level at room 20 were made of rotting plywood. I'd really like a refund. I left the keys on the bed and had to walk carefully out and drove home 3.5 hrs. This was just the worst.

The location is good. The property has potential but needs work which is being done.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin and it is really rough. The beds were comfy but cleanliness was missing. We had a kitchenette with no dishes or pots and pans. We were provided with coffee maker, coffee, and tea but no cups. Thank goodness we brought some. All the vents were dirty, broken blinds and you had to be careful when dressing or undressing in the bedroom so you wouldn't be seen.

Ive seen worse. Should change out a few outlets. Not bad

They deserve a ZERO! The property is dilapidated and old. Management obviously takes no pride in keeping a clean, comfortable, or safe property. The pictures on the site are misleading. Our 1 bedroom cottage had dirty pullout sofa and chair I wouldn't even sit on, let alone have my children sleep in/on. Gaping hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. Tenants across from us were sketchy. Its sad because this property has alot of potential. Do not stay here! And their cancelation policy is one nights fee! So they are basically rewarded for having a terrible property listed. We checked in and out same evening. Would rather be camping in a tent!

I have never seen anything like it. All doors were open, everything was a mess, soiled mattresses, sketchy people standing around watching us, not safe. Something questionable is going on there.

The property was presumably great in its hey day. It is now very poorly kept, badly managed and very little care about draperies, carpets beds and electrical. Do not stay here!
