The location was far from downtown Spokane and tourist activities, but close to restaurants and grocery store. I liked the spacious double room and full kitchen. They provided a simple breakfast included in the price.

The room, although clean, was pooly maintained. Several aspect of the motel room were old and worn out. The bathroom door was falling off the hinge and the towel rack was falling off too. I could not figure out how to control the thermostat. The TV stopped working partway through our stay. The breakfast choices were sparse. No tea, milk or eggs were provided.

The staff is always great and so nice. Very helpful when needed. The rooms do have full size fridge and a stove/oven as well as a microwave. Close to groceries and fast food.

If staying more than 3 consecutive nights talk to them about housekeeping if you dont want it.
