Heat worked, was as clean as it could be

The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The breakfast, was not a breakfast. The room was right next to a very busy road. The window had an advertisement for the hotel on it that was illuminated all night. The WiFi dropped out for one of the two days i was there.

Housekeeping entered my room without knocking on two separate occasions while I was undressed. the standard protocol in the hospitality industry is to knock loudly and announce themselves multiple times before entering. Failing to do so twice is a significant service failure I did not feel safe in my room because staff ignored privacy protocols twice, and management failed to address the security breach. Then charged me for towels that were stained because I put them on the bathroom floor and the floor was filthy

At least 3 broken down RV’s in parking lot….very ghetto like. I was given a room on the first floor with a window facing back of motel. When I pulled the curtains back the window was UNlocked and safety stick was NOT in place. Anyone could have gotten into my room with NO problem. I confronted the front desk and got a blank stare! Can hear the busy street traffic ALL night long…..lots of sirens & homeless people around that area. Definitely would NOT stay there again!
