Der Preis f. den Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist mit 20€ absolut zu hoch!! Das Restaurant empfanden wir schon als eher höherpreisig bei einer nur überschaubaren Karte. Unser Tipp: einige günstigere warme Snacks abends für die Hotelgäste.

The receptionists were very attentive and helpful. The buffet was generous and offered a lot of choice.

We didn’t have access to the TV in our room. The toilets were not clean upon our arrival. Some staff members were not very welcoming.

"Great hotel, but terrible housekeeping experience"

The hotel itself was lovely — the room was clean, nicely furnished, and overall very comfortable. Great potential.

Unfortunately, the stay was spoiled by the behavior of the cleaning staff. They entered the room without knocking, well before check-out time, which was extremely intrusive. Even worse, they ignored the official check-out time and started clearing the room while we were still packing. Some of our belongings were mistakenly thrown in the trash, which was unacceptable. This really ruined an otherwise pleasant experience.
