Near the sea and parking convince

The location is 20-25 mins walk to the center but has good bus services. Only issue is that if you come back late from center to hotel walking, then the roads are deserted and for a couple that can be unnerving. Maybe safe but one never knows

We found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The dining options were good, and the location was excellent—just a 20-minute walk to Le Suquet, so we were able to explore the area on foot. It’s also very close to the beach and La Bocca train station, which was very convenient. Our room was quiet, well-equipped with all the amenities, and offered a lovely view. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The pool was fantastic and the location was perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything was great: the beach was beautiful and the view was simply unreal. Highly recommended

La proximité la plage le calme

Great choice for hotel in Cannes on the beach and value for the money. Perfect location on the clean public beach, beautiful views on beautiful gardens around and the sea. Nice big room with very comfortable bed for great sleep and big bathroom. The best are rooms on the higher floor with the sea view:-) very good breakfast in fancy restaurant with wonderful view on the pool and garden. The best part of the hotel are people working there, at the reception, in the restaurant and management who will do everything to make customer happy:-) perfect connections to city center and port with the bus in front of the hotel, it takes only few mins :-) as Cannes lovers we will definitely choose this hotel again next year for our summer vacation:-) Thank you great people of Luxotel😍
