Quality Inn Simpsonville-Greenville

The amenities were clean, and for the price I feel that i go what I payed for. Where this quality in is located is also pretty central to the city which was very nice. There was plenty of parking as well.

The property does not present as modern as it looks in the photos, the furniture and style are partially outdated. There were a couple times where our key card stopped working for no reason and we had to go back to the front desk in order to resolve the issue. There was also a lot of noise that happened through out the night as well.

The old white lady at the front desk was super rude she basically harassed me the whole entire stay when we arrived to check in I told her my name and started asking questions before I handed her my id and card because the place does not look as nice in person as it does online when I told her I needed a minute to talk with my husband she went ahead and ran my card and took my money while we were outside the front door talking it over we went back inside and she said there was nothing she could do it was policy I had put my card on file online to reserve the rooms and that's how things worked then she proceeded to tell me there would be an extra $100 deposit due right then in order for us to get our room keys the $100 was for any damaged and we would get that back the next morning and then she called both of my rooms several times the first call was her telling me I was losing my deposit because my 16yo little brother touched the roof of the walkway outside while he was on his way to the pool we hadn't even been at the hotel for 30 minutes when she told me that then she started calling the room when my family came to our rooms to see us later that afternoon they were not spending the night just coming to visit with us we were from out of town and I explained that to the rude lady she kept on harassing us she also made us pay $10 extra for my baby cousin to get in the pool for the last 20 minutes it was open because they were not on the reservation they also do not advertise anywhere online that the pool closed at 8:00 pm or that you can't have guests or that you need to pay them $10 per person extra to get into the pool I had 2 rooms and the room I ordered with the couch that turns into a bed was actually a cott that was old and sad looking didn't even want my kids in it my whole experience was horrible do not stay here

While my daughter and granddaughter were visiting with me, we went to the pool for a swim. After about an hour, the desk employee brought a standing sign and placed it by the gate, facing the gate, away from where we were. The printed sign read that all registered guests had to pay $10 per person per day to have non guests use the pool. I’ve seen only two people use the pool during the 4 days I’ve been there.
