The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Our initial room had a very unpleasant odor. The bathroom fan made so much noise that it was unbearable. The tv would not connect. Our second room was an improvement, but still had an odor that could be remedied with a proper cleaning.

The location was close to the MSU stadium. Away from high traffic but still close enough to easily travel. The main lobby looks excellent. It was clean, freshly renovated and decorated nicely. Small but enough rom. Outdoor patio was a nice touch.

The room was so very nasty!!! I can not stress this enough. I had to go buy Clorox, Lysol, and scrubbing brushes to clean the room and bathroom. The top blanket on one of the beds had a big yellow hard stain on it. The shower had black hair in it. The toilet had black buildup inside the toilet bowl. The ceiling paint was peeling and falling off every time the bathroom door shut, paint fell from the ceiling so there was paint pieces on your feet every time you walked in bathroom. The bathroom vent did not work and was full of visible dirt. The bath tub had a big crack from one side all the way to the other. It had been “repaired” with some sort of bonding material which was peeling off. The sink leaked underneath it every time you turned it on. The extra toilet paper under the sink were all soaked from the leakage. We took the dirty bed linens off of the bed and set them in the hallway, housekeeping picked them up as they were making their way down the hallway but did not leave any clean ones. We asked for extra towels and bed linens and front desk said someone would bring them up , they never did. So later that evening we asked again and was questioned heavily about where the dirty ones are. The front desk reluctantly finally gave me more.

It was fine nothing special

The room was very outdated seem to be not very well taken care of definitely not worth the money

I love the room I was in. The size was spacious. My bathroom had a shower and tub.
