The location.

Check-in was a nightmare from start to finish. The line was out the door, rooms were not ready, and the manager was extremely unprofessional. The front desk clerk loudly announced twice that my card was declined in front of other guests, only to later realize it was actually Booking.com’s card issue. The room itself was disappointing — dirty, with rusty toilets and a constant moist/mildew smell throughout the stay.

When we got to the hotel at 3pm. We had to wait in line for 90 minutes. Then another 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned.
