The Mirador

Very nice room. Free pickup. Courteous staff even at 1 am. Breakfast is very good but not sumptuous. For staying close to the airport, this should be high on anyone's preferred list.

Nice hotel, definitely worth the price you pay. What else can I say now? You guys should not have constraints on me expressing my stay.

Hotel was ok, certainly better than a similar priced hotel in the UK. There was a mix up with my booking the fact that they had no record of it. This was resolved but I found the reception staff to be not as friendly as another hotel I had stayed at in India. My price included the free airport transfer but again I had to point this out to the reception staff which was a little frustrating. Room was good, clean and comfortable. If it wasnt for the attitude of the reception staff I would have recommended the hotel, its not a bad hotel but I stayed in a better hotel foir the same price elsewhere in India.

I am very satisfied with my stay in The Mirador Hotel. The staff is excellent, and they were very accomodating. I must mention the F&B Manager, Mr. Rao did a fantastic job with the lunch and dinner buffet menus. I am definitely coming back to Mirador on my next visit to Mumbai, India.

My stay was pleasant.

We stayed for two nights at the Mirador for sightseeing. We found the late night staff very courteous at checkin. The room was fantastic with all the amenities as advertised and extremely clean. The breakfast, with its varied spread of continental and Indian breakfast items was delicious, upscale and so was the service. The specialty menu at breakfast seemed like it was changed frequently enough. The concierge and travel folks did a great job of booking our taxi for our needs. In all, Great service, and affordable compared to 5 star hotels. Definitely a recommend.

Great time spent in the hotel . Highly recommending the hotel .staffs were very professional & helpful . When reported a problem with the noise due to some renovation work they immediately changed the room for us. The wifi was complementary with the hotel reservation package. Had few problems with the password but they took action immediately to fix & adjust. The House of Asia restaurant was amazing with a very professional and helpful staffs also . Great food and wonderful atmosphere .

It is located few kilometers from the Airport. Staff are friendly.

We checked in around 2 AM. Hotel staff were very friendly. We couldn't find a bell captain though. Overall we had a very good experience. If I go that side I will stay there definitely. I booked the room for 3 adults and 1 child and I selected the room with breakfast; however they charged my child's breakfast, I don't understand their logic.

The hotel was good. A very warm welcome. Room was very clean and comfortable. I am not used to pay tip and I don't dress very rich. I noticed on the faces of the staff as I wasn't welcome greatly afterwards. I didn't take the hotel cars which are thrice the price which you can get from outside. I would recommend this hotel as its very close to International airport and room was absolutely clean and comfortable. Staff need training, they need to treat every guest equally. guests are guests even though they are not showing off and dressed not so rich.
