The Mirador

We spent a layover night here and it was fine. Close to the airport, clean, safe, decent breakfast. The only downside was the long queues on checkout.

I was initially given a very poor room, dirty, noisy etc. At check-in the staff said "its an Expedia booking" and I was put in the first room on the first floor, looking directly at a wall, close to the elevator and noisy lobby, closest to the traffic noise. All round pretty awful! After complaining I was moved - to the level of room that I had originally booked. It was better but not what I had expected from the pics online. I would avoid this hotel in future.

It was an awesome experience. The hotel was simply amazing. The staff took care of every requirements that we had during our stay. A recommendable hotel for family trip.

My stay with my family from 28.02.2017 to 06.03.2017. We have enjoyed our stay in Mirador. Hotel Restaurant is fabulous. Hotel Location is very good .

The review is more so with the pricing than the facilities. The overall facilities, food and staff are good however for the price, one can actually get a much better deal. The hotel is located in a crowded area hence getting in and out is always a challenge due to heavy traffic.

The hotel was a welcomed and very pleasant surprise - the rooms comfort and finish exceeded that of the JW and other options. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
