Not the best choice we made... The room size was good. But the bathroom had a smell. Most staff are not really friendly or helpful. They need customer service training.

I definitely would stay in this hotel again, under the condition that my next business meetings will be in the same area. It was difficult to ist on the taxi for an hour and a half to get ot he other side of the town.

it was good food was good but the room was not so sound proof to avoid phone ringing from another room ,it was discturbing

Reasonable Proximity to both Airport is good. Wi-Fi in the room and Morning Breakfast is Super. Service staff including Vehicle pickup-drop Drivers are amiable and quite good. I liked the fact that Smart TV in the room and Bedsheets were Nice. ONLY shortcoming perhaps is that essentially the Hotel has only 2 wings ( left and right ) if the Hotel is full, you may have a Room ( like in my case on the right hand side wing ) with window overseeing an adjacent Boring dull Building. A Business associate who was on the left side wing had a decent open view window. Rest all Cool. For a short stay, this is a good hotel and I will be back.

This is not a 4 Star hotel. It was noisy and had no mIn bar. I paid over £200 per night and expected high standard. The view from my room was on looking onto a wall. Room was very small including bathroom space. No mirror in the room and bathroom mirror was at a side angle so couldn't brush or was my face properly. I have stayed at The Orchid and Hayatt regency for less the £50 but have to say it is 4 Star.

we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and enjoyed ourselves

Air condition was not working in my room. Even after trying to cool for 4 hours, room temperature did not settle to expected temperatures. Then had to call hotel desk 4 times, before they got convinced tht there is some problem with ac. Had to shift to another room at 3 am. Worst experience ever.
