The location

It's an old hotel with an air conditioner in the window and it is loud., old type receptacles and in not convenient places. Neither coffee machine or hairdryer were in working conditions. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was fresh but not really good. People working at the hotel are pretty friendly.

"A place with Saratoga history"

The staff was wonderful very Helpful and accommodating.(Early check in and late check out)Coffee in the lobby(good coffee) Bar that was open every day from 4-10. Location was excellent

It wasn't too clean. It is very old though, and had a lot of charm. You could appreciate it's history but needs to be updated.
