Unpleasant experience. The front desk representative did not make me feel welcome. No greeting whatsoever. There were no apologies for the inconvenience of the awful check-in hassle I experienced after booking not one but two rooms. The pull-out bed was disgusting it had stains all over the bedding. The bathroom toilet was filthy. NEGATIVE ONE OUT OF 10 I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

"I used to love this place because it was comfortable beds and decent, but the staff is horrible."

I was waken up and accused of smoking in a room and put on the do not rent list by the manager without notice. I was clearly sleeping when she banged on the door. I have never smoked in that room and it was very rude and inappropriate.
