"I was not pleased with the room and would like a refund."

The room was not comfortable at all. The toilet was literally off the hinges. It was rocking each time I sat on it.

I was really disappointed with the grab and go food items. I was looking for more hot items for breakfast. When we got there everything was gone. The heating system in that room kept going off and the room was cold. The TV satellite was not quality the channels kept going in and out. There was someone else’s hair in the sink. There was someone else’s trash on the side of the bed.

"The stay wasn’t bad at all and definitely one I would consider again."

I loved the hospitality from the employees and the school spirit. We were greeted with enthusiasm and Albany State goodie bags in honor of homecoming!

The sheets could have been better, they smelled cleaned but looked a little dingy. We were told that they all looked that way so we didn’t have other options to choose from. The employee assured us they had been cleaned but just weren’t the whitest.

I didn't sleep well on the supposed to be a mattress, no spread or comforter, the tub was hideous. I had to ask for better looking towels and wash cloths. The room was very quiet no disturbing. We could actually walk to dinner or to the convenience store.
