"Most of the time ok and relaxing apart from the last few things that left a bad taste"

Quiet, clean good food

Night security was awful I waited for half an hour to get a key as I go t locked out. Twenty minuets outside behind a locked gate, the security guy was sat on his phone and just said he didn’t speak English, there was no way of getting through the locked gate the intercom was not working. I had a teen who had surgery and there was no seat for him at the gate and we couldn’t get in for over 20 mins all very stressful. Our bill wasn’t ready either which was very frustrating trying to deal with messages via a text to sort it out, is impossible as they can’t add up.
