The instructions for accessing the unit were incomplete. The information we received says the main site to the lobby is open until 10p, then locked. If locked we were instructed to use the intercom and we would be buzzed in. Once inside we should take the elevator to our floor and use the door code to access the unit where we would find key fobs to allow access to the parking garage, hot tub and use it in the elevator. The lobby door was unlocked, but we were unable to use the elevator to access our floor to get to our unit. I used the intercom but no one answered there was just a buzz to enter the lobby. Other guests told us we should get our fob from one of the lock boxes on the wall in the lobby. There was no box matching our unit number. I showed another guest the instructions I'd printed from the welcome email. She said you had to have a fob in order to access the floors. So she used her fob and checked to be sure we were able to get into our unit. During our stay we were able to use the elevator without a fob only to go between the parking garage and the lobby level or from our floor to the lobby level. I think that your instructions need to be revised - perhaps place fob in one of the numbered lock boxes in the lobby and give guests a code to access it. Instead of leaving the fobs in the unit, leave them in the lock box when checking out as well. Thank you.

Lots of renovations going on .

A big apartment (for one), well stocked kitchen with newish stove/oven/microwave & very large fridge- maybe the kitchen & equipment is big enough for a small family, but the apartment is not.

Insects running around the bathroom- needs fumigation, looks run down in parts, a bit smelly, noisy refrigerator, fold-up-against-the-wall-bed in living room- no seperate bedroom, thin walls- I could hear my neighbour in their washroom, overpriced.
