Marketplace Lodge by Whistler Retreats

Everything was super clean and so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable though the pillows were too high for my neck. Loved the location, restaurants, bars and supermarket, right at the door. Loved our free parking too.

Check in was hard to find, need better instructions to find the office. Need to let us know ahead of time ID needed. Parking was a bit of a prob for check in and Info not provided on allocated car park space for 15 mins for check in. Lift was out of order nearest to our room, so it was a bit of a mission with cases finding 2nd lift and then walking the length of building to find our room. There's An ongoing dispute with the lift company over safety aspects, so expect to use 3 flights of stairs when going in and out of building, they weren't too bad on legs but if you got knee issues then be aware.

Very clean. Had everything at hand. Secure parking. In the middle of the village so everything was close by. Had a small problem on check in but that was very quickly sorted. A very nice place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

There's no better location to stay at in Whistler than here; you have literally everything steps away, including being in the middle of the trails going to all the main sightseeing places. The room was great, with a very nice space for the bathroom and a balcony. We appreciated communication through WhatsApp for the deposit payment, as it was much better for us than through mail or a call. Instructions for check-in and check-out where clear and once you get the fobs from the room, you're good to go on using the Marketplace as you need.

It's quite a few list items to get through to enter the building, so make sure to read them carefully. The elevator near the room wasn't working, so this complicated moving our luggage and when we used our car, but this is a building situation rather than something related to the room.

Het inchecken, alles gaat via de intercom, en als je je gemeld hebt krijg je 30sec . Om in de lift te stappen zeer onpersoonlijk!!

Sehr schöne Räume/ genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Wohnung war klimatisiert. Abwicklung lief gut. Wurden telefonisch beim einchecken begleitet. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Kaum parkiert, im 15 min Bereich und etwas zu lange gebraucht beim einchecken, hatten wir schon eine Busse am Auto gehabt.

Nice spacious room, great location (close to the store/playground/centre).

Room was not cleaned up to standard but it was quickly resolved. The communication was amazing!
