Assign parking stall. Plenty of detailed info prior to arrival. Most convenient location for family with children. Accessibility to food, coffee/candy stores, groceries and prime location to be at. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and materials for usage. Walk from inside hotel hallway passage to get to other ends of exit to exterior.

Some miscommunication with arrival underground elevator. hot tub is under renovation during our stay and the summer. Very tight parking stalls (but overall most hotels parkade stalls are like this making it super hard to park) some mi or mishap with room but was address promptly.

Location was awesome. So handy to everything and quiet.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The spa was not Ava’s it was being refurbished. The lift near our room was out of order.

"Modern, clean and great location."

We immediately upgraded to Number 227, with bedroom and sofa bed for an extra 39 CAD per night. Recommended! Modern, clean apartment, dishwasher etc Well equipped kitcken. Great views. V close to supermarket.. Quiet in the evening as not in restaurant zone..

Very warm in flat although outside temp low twenties.

"A great stay for a ski trip"

It was a perfect location - close to the slopes, easy to navigate the bus network. Amenities inside were good. The kitchen had the basics covered and the beds were comfortable

Key collection was offsite and we had no car which made it incredibly difficult to collect the keys

The location could not be more perfect. I've stayed at various properties in Whistler and this was the most ideal in terms of closeness of restaurants, groceries, parking, etc.

The appliances in the unit were shockingly old and worn. Very old fridge, knife block looked like it was from the 1960s.
