Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel

Quiet away from the crazy traffic. Clean establishment, staff are kind and considerate. Always willing to help. Beautiful huge ginormous pool. Bed was comfortable. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room at no charge. If I was to come back to St Marten I would definitely stay here again. This is located in Oyster Pond. Must try Mamas Pizza down the hill. One of our highlights was seeing a monkey run through the parking lot in the morning! I had to do a double take. Its bright and sunny at 6 am dark at 6:30 pm not like in the US. Safe travels

I had an amazing time! From check in to check out. It was my first time on the island and Grero was exceptional. From the time I landed he been accommodating my sister and I. Our room was beautiful and spacious. With an amazing view. The only downside was the elevators wasn’t working while we were visiting. Also the massage service is a must.

Nice property, friendly staff. Preferred staying at the top level of the building due to better privacy on balcony.

Spacious, well equipped rooms with great ocean views from balcony! Hotel is in a hilly area and property has lots of steps - could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Front desk check in was easy. Staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were kept clean. The views were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed how warm the croissants and pastries at breakast were delivered. Thank you all for enabling us to enjoy 8 wonderful days.
