L’emplacement est très reposant! La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable

L’hôtel est vétuste. Des carreaux de la piscine sont cassés dans l’eau, la rambarde se détache du mur. La terrace n’est pas nettoyé. En 3 jours le verre cassé au sol sur la terrace là où vous marchez pour déjeuner et dîner n’a jamais été nettoyé. Les équipements sont vraiment vétustes et même dangereux à certains endroits. Les parties communes sont vraiment à revoir. Les tables sont sales et pas nettoyées entre les guests.

I chose Hyatt Lodge for my husband's birthday weekend as we have stayed here several times in the past, but this time was extremely disappointing and below are the events of our stay. Upon arrival we noticed that our mini fridge was frozen over and waited 45 minutes to an hour for someone to come and look at it. A housekeeper came and sprayed/wipe down the inside of the mini fridge and stated it would work fine. 10 minutes after she left another houseworker came and ask if someone came, to which I stated they did. My family and I then changed and went to the pool for about 2 to 3 hours. When we came back to our room we decided to grab some drinks from our mini fridge, and notice the fridge was changed out without us knowing. There was no note, no message on the phone, nothing stating that someone had been in our room without us there. My husband and I were upset about this as we felt our PRIVACY WAS VIOLATED . I should have said something at the time, but was honestly shocked to see and know, that someone was in our room without us knowing. As the evening went on, I did go to the front desk and ask for an extra blanket and two pillows. When housekeeping arrived, she shoved the pillows and blanket into my arms and said "here" while she was looking at her phone and then walked away. I felt like an inconvenience to this hotel at this point. The bathroom seemed clean but upon showering noticed the inner lining had mold on it. At this point, I wanted to cry, as what should have been a relaxing weekend turned out to be a situation of we just wanted to go home. We checked out on Sunday and I did ask for the manager's card. I ended up calling the Hyatt Lodge and asked to speak with Marco Chur, which the front desk stated he would not be in until Tuesday, but that Jeff, the assistant manager would call me after he got in at 2pm. It has been a full week and I have not gotten one phone call back. I did leave my name,number, the days of our stay in the room number that we had. The female stated she would pass my information along,but I am guessing that never happened. I have always raved about the Hyatt Lodge to friends,family, and coworkers, but going forward I will not be recommending them as a place to get away.

Amazing Stays! I stay regularly at the Hyatt Lodge and have never been disappointed with accommodations or service. It is my home away from home in Chicago. Thank you!!!

10/10 experience! So clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient room, lovely spa, perfect massage, good drinks, outdoorsy vibe. This was such a great getaway experience !

Stayed for New Years Eve and a couple of extra days. Location is great, hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool and fitness center was better than expected. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
