The Harp Inn

I absolutely loved it, I stayed so I could travel to the Hay on Wye Winter Festival quite easily but really appreciated the view and the chill atmosphere. Would love to return!

Very welcoming, lovely room, great food. We had a lovely stay thank you.

I won’t be returning. The room was cold, very basic and very noisy. The evening meal choice was limited and basic. It was overpriced for what it was. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast.

Only stayed for one night to visit Hay-on-Wye. The room was clean and comfortable. It can be a bit noisy though as there is a pub below. Food was good! Especially the apple crumble.

fantastic and family atmosphere, staff very helpful. The food was very good and at an affordable price. I hope to go back there someday

This is a traditional inn with very welcoming and friendly owners. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, if a little noisy being at the front of the inn. Would have liked somewhere to put the soap when in the shower. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have eaten. Would be happy to stay again.

We really liked this place. The pub was busy, the evening meal pretty good, and the breakfast was excellent. There was a nice atmosphere in the pub and all the staff were friendly. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Nothing to complain about.

A pleasant stay. Friendly proprietors and good food and drink. A large shower in the ensuite. Very dog friendly.

The Harp Inn was the perfect location to stay the night after a full day in Hay on Wye. After a pleasant drink, good sleep in a lovely room and cooked breakfast, we were refreshed and ventured on to Brecon for more.

Nice hosts. Cosy, clean room.Exceptionally comfortable bed - had the BEST sleep in a while!! Small modern bathroom was very clean. Dining area was quite gloomy & tired in need of a re-fresh. Breakfast was 10/10.
