Found mold on the ceiling in room 409 then the toilet seat split in half and ended up in the toilet . Seth was fantastic and relocated us to 406

I don’t like that housekeeping doesn’t get to the room. I don’t like having to go to the desk to get clean towels. I’ve stayed here many times and at least half of the time this happens. Hire more housekeeping staff.

"The staff were exceptional and customers were their priority always."

The staff were exceptional — our first room 421 had a very old damaged and poorly repaired tub — there were crawling bugs in the bathroom sink and countertop. We took a bug down to the desk and were immediately changed to a very nice room (406) that looked to be newly remodeled and no bugs found. Staff always acknowledged us in the lobby and asked if everything was ok. We said yes and thank you very much for switching our room. The breakfast was exceptional and the gentleman staff kept the environment clean and food quality replenished well.

The first room 421 in poor repair and bugs The front desk staff said the manager would give us a discount and we told her that is not necessary as our new room is awesome and we are just so grateful she moved us immediately.
