"Bad management. Please spend your money at another hotel."

The management and front desk of this hotel are not helpful or responsive in a prompt manner. Maybe I am just used to nice and friendly people. Being ignored and then dismissive by a hotel that I spent $250 dollars isn't something I am used to. I would encourage you to find a friendlier place to spend your money.

Best part was the breakfast.

Help with booking another night. I expected the desk could help. They gave me a phone number, but my "rewards member number" was wrong so I got no help at the next place. I had no telephone reception in my room and, because my number was wrong, I couldn't use hotel WiFi.
