"It used to be great"

We’ve stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions over the last ten years. The hotel charges top dollar but doesn’t deliver on the details The carpet in our suite was frayed at the edges. The lighting needs updating Our room also faces another building so looking across an alley way into an office building It took forever to get hot water in the shower And last. We woke up at 5 am from garbage pick up On the positive side. The bed sheets were crisp and inviting. Breakfast was excellent
