interior jaded. No curtains, blinds only. Sink counter top drawer fell apart. Bathroom provides no privacy, sliding door.

Location - excellent - 10 mins walk to tourist attractions such as CN Tower, various sporting arenas Atmosphere - really nice atmosphere created by helpful and engaging staff (10/10) Rooms - excellent - large and comfortable bed and spotless rooms. Noise levels - quiet - music in restaurant at a perfect level for talking. Punch restaurant - food was fantastic and the service equally good. Staff were really polite, helpful, responsive and generally really nice. Service levels were way above what was expected. Special mentions to Lauren, Lauriane and Victoria. There attentiveness was superb - thank you
