Stayed 4 times for business. Excellent and convenient, just not enough cleaning of the rooms included in to stay.

Everything was great about the hotel with the exception of the elevators. The fact they were slow is bearable, what isn’t was each elevator having independent buttons to call, and not having the ability to see where the elevator is from your floor. As i was staying on the top floor, this led to long waits (not a nightmare), but more frustrating for me, repeated elevator stoppages on 4 or 5 of the 12 floor building where no one would get in, as they’ve pressed all 3 buttons as they didn’t know or have the means to know what’s the closest elevator to their floor. Other than the elevators, good hotel, clean and tidy, close to train station and to restaurants and the city center. Fix the elevators and this would be the best value hotel in Antwerp.

I love the concept of the hotel. The check-in was very simple. They have lockers to leave our luggage until time for check in. Services like drinks, and food is easy and all digital. Personal was very nice. Rooms clean. Áreas to sit and drink a beer very nice.

Great place to stay! They had a washer and dryer. Inly cost about $6.00 for a load to wash and dry plus they provide the soap.

I was here for one night. The property is conveniently close to Centraal Train Station. Neighborhood didn’t have a lot going on, but it was walkable and close to areas with dining/shopping options.

New facilities with lots of interesting approaches to what one expects from a hotel. I hope to come back again!

Great location right next to the train station, clean modern room, facilities are great including self service breakfast and bar. Staff are friendly and helpful. Immediate area is ok but has more fast food type restaurants compared to other areas and looks a bit untiday. But short walks to all areas/restaurants/zoo etc
