"Good"

The shower was not draining and the shower head handle was broken and the water was spraying all over. I shared with the front desk the first day - was told it will get fixed and it was not. We were offered the room next door to shower as we did not want to move after we unpacked.

Awesome hotel. Modern and clean. Staff could be a little more friendly but that is all. I have stayed here as part of a 24 night tour and this was one of the 10 places I stayed at. It was the best one.

"Six stars. An excellent stay."

The hotel is excellent. Eco friendly and really clean. Check in staff were great and reception is a good relaxed area. Rooms are spacious and all kitted out with state of the art led programmable lighting. Air con works well. Bar downstairs a very reasonable price as is the rooms. Six stars all round.

Loved the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, and the beds were sooo comfortable. Our daughter loved the swing on the terrace.

"Good value but poor design."

Value very good, the main issue is the bathroom. There isn't actually a bathroom, just a frosted glass toilet and shower which make is incredibly uncomfortable having to watch who ever you are staying with use the toilet and shower! Additionally I do not believe the light in the toilet can be turned out without turning on all the lights forcing you to either wake up who you are with to use the toilet (who can of course hear everything!) or try using phone light.
