Room was decent. The lady at the desk when I checked in was great. The lady at the desk in the morning was rude and seemed like she did not want to be bothered. Also, the pool was dirty and the hot tub was too cold to be called a hot tub.

The person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Loved how cool the room was when we got in. The beds were comfortable. Love the breakfast in the morning.
The room and staff were great. The pool and spa need some work. Pool was green and murky. The spa was cold and when asked we were told the heater is broken. Many families wanting to use the pool but couldn’t because of the condition of the water.
Had to book this room last minute because by original hotel room with a different hotel was dirty with terrible service. Holiday Inn staff at two different locations were more than happy to help and ensure a speedy check-in
