We were very tired from driving and we appreciated the host, Jose, who was friendly, efficient and expeditious with the check in process. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Night desk attendant was not pleasant. Breakfast had non working pancake machine, non working juice machine and had limited options
Nice location next to a few restaurants and shopping outlet Safe area My opinion hotel rooms need upgrade Carpet is old, wall paper in bathroom and room area. Need new furniture but sofa had stains. I only sat on the bed. Comes with office chair and desk. Refrigerator is small but useful mine needed to be cleaned liquid stain observed. Last shower head too big and old ONLY 1 SPRAY SETTING(SPRAYS WIDE) 2 ICE MACHINES 1 IS BROKE OR OUT OF ORDER STAFF IS NICE AND HELPFUL OFFER GREAT BREAKFAST.
Didn’t have any issues until in room, saw a giant bug crawl across the floor.. unsure if it was a cockroach or a large beetle.

Good hotel
We’ve stayed there before, this time was not so great. It’s showing signs of neglect in room appearance, as well as the door lock sticking open. The hot tub was as cold as the pool (out of order- not disclosed). The exterior door lock leading out to the pool was inoperable (just like the time we were there a few years ago). The usb and electrical outlets on both sides of bed were worn out. The juice dispenser at breakfast was not working as well. Over all I’m done with this place. No I didn’t tell them it’s obvious they don’t care any longer.
