TV did not work, I’m religious and I was very sad and very disappointing because I missed Pope Francis service. And phone did not work, was not able to checkout from the phone, what happens if there is emergency?

Stayed at this location before many times. Service and cleanliness always top notch. However, paid extra this trip for a suite and the room smelled like a wet dog.

Usually, I don’t write reviews,but this time I felt the need to share my experience. I booked this.hotel to rest after a long day of driving.The check-in process was fine,but later that night,we hear loud noises caming from the next door room.There were a few kids who were loud and rowdy we could hear them crying and fighting.while their parents yelled at them. Afterward,my husband and I went to out for dinner on our way, we stopped by the reception to inform them about the noisy situation.We asked if they had another room available for us to move to,but they said the hotel was fully booked.we returned around 9pm, the noise was still ongoing.We turned on the TV in an attempt to tried to sleep. But the commotion continued until about 1:30 am after a restless night,I called the reception to complain,and finally,someone addressed the issue..I just don’t understand why those parents allowed their children to be awake and so laud at such a late hour, so my advice is avoid this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay, the walls have poor insulation allowing you to hear everything and the cleanliness leaves much to desired.
