Booked and when we arrived they didn’t have the room we reserved so sold Me another room and said I would have to cancel in the morning with manager but would not reverse the hotels.com charge and had to pay 2 times for a room with less beds that we reserved!!
Best short overnight stay value for money! Basic but comfy room, easy walking distance to outlet and restaurants and good breakfast for everyone before an early start the next day.
Great overall. Breakfast was terrific. Pool was lacking maintenance. Rooms were roomy and comfortable
Front desk person, Fee, is very unwelcoming. As the face of a hotel/hospitality business, one expect friendly and helpful front desk. I came in early to try to see if I can do an early check in. There was no person in the front desk to ask. Then she came out with a borderline rude demeanor when I asked politely if I can do an early check in; she’s like, “no, I’m still checking out, come back after 3”. Came the check in time, I checked in. No greetings, no please or thank you from her. Very disappointed.
All but two of the electric outlets worked,the toilet would not flush after going to bathroom wait 30 minutes then it worked, hot tub was cold couldn’t relax at long trip
I was sold a pr e by Expedia but charged a much higher rate at check in

Pleasant stay overall. Dealt with some noise outside at 2am. Front desk was friendly and breakfast decent (no hot water for tea drinkers as machine broken). Bed comfortable and room clean.
We stopped in for the night on a whim after a long few days of driving and staying at motel 6's along the way. Absolutely amazing experience, from check in to check out. Highly recommend!
