When I returned to the hotel after attending a high school football game, my card would not let me in the door. After four trips back and forth to the lobby to get the card reprogrammed, the desk manager suggested that he give me another room. I use a cpap machine, so I needed to get to MY room, and also his remedy involved waiting until eight or nine o'clock in the morning when maintenance would come in to fix the problem with the door in my original room. I had a seven hour drive to go back home and was leaving at six in the morning. This is a ridiculous concept of problem solving, and you should do better maintenance on your doors to make sure they open when they're needed to open. Roaches in the room. I've stayed at this hotel at least four times previously without major issues, but this time, you struck out.

Location good, overall staff was very nice, just not always able to help with issues.

I utilized the laundry room twice, and the front desk had no quarters to help with change for the guests. The breakfast area was not always the cleanest and waffle machine was horrible, never got a waffle without having to scrap it off in pieces. Some employees just seemed to sit outside and smoke and needed a little more knowledge with facility.

I feel safe there, but the building is starting to show its age. The room we got didn't even have a badge showing it's room number. It appeared to have been ripped from the wall and not replaced. Also, the room didn't have the usual little convinces like an ice bucket or cups.

Location

No hot water in the room. No free drinking water or juice available in breakfast area. Television did not work. No wi-fi access or instructions if one existed.

Its a little older the light in the baghroom was a lamp....the toilet had some really bad hard water stains....the small couch in the stting room has stains that maybe they need to get rid or it or have it cleaned HOWEVER I WANT TO SAYBTHE SERVICE, THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT SO KIMD AND FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE

The entire hotel smelled like m*rijuana and it ended up seeping into our room and smelled like we had smoked in our own room. We had a 3 month old baby with us. Also, room was DIRTY eyelashes on the bed. Hair on the floor. Save yourself and book elsewhere

The price was great. Past stays have been pleasant.

My first room smelled awful. There was only a lamp in the bathroom. I felt like it was a rent by the hour room. I did request to be moved and they did arrange for that to happen. Room was somewhat better. No shampoo or bar soap in second room.
