The breakfast was poor! No coffee cups!

On the website it says that they offer breakfast, but this is not true, when I was there it was not served.

First I was offered a room with a broken curtain (on the floor) with no privacy, I asked for it and was reassigned, the price offered by Booking was $66.00, but I was charged $116.00... it's not fair!

Convenient to where we wanted to go

First had two non working tv’s, no coffee maker and no phone. Which would seem like a very unsafe situation. The second room had no coffee maker, no soap and one working tv.

Stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to check in and no one ever showed. Rang the bell, called the number as the sign stated, and still nothing. Housekeeping called two numbers to try to get someone to come to the hotel and she also had no success. This is no way to run a business. Fortunately, I was able to go to the hotel next door and immediately book a room.

We have been staying here at baymount for years . It's in a great location, clean rooms, comfy beds, n nice pool. They have a good breakfast. The staff is always friendly. We will continue staying here for all of our trips to the beach n visiting family .
