We loved everything, the food was great, especially breakfast since we booked in the self catering room, staff were very friendly and helpful, place was nice and clean... Our stay there was great.

i loved the jacuzzi and the breakfast was very good would definitely recommend

if i had to say something i didnt like it would be the wifi connection didnt connect everywhere in the cottage other than that i loved everything

Lovely place, good breakfast, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, great hospitality from the front desk and great service from the waiters and waitresses at the Beach bar and FatOlive, shout out to Benji and Thobile. It was our second stay so we knew what to expect but they exceeded our expectations this time. We had booked two nights in a Luxury Suite and the last night in the Lakeside unit specifically for the Jacuzzi. After our first night, front desk phoned us that the Jacuzzi unit has become available so we can check in there today instead of the following day which meant an upgrade, needless to say we ran to pack up our stuff right away, that speaks volumes of their hospitality and excellent customer service. We will be back!

The jacuzzi at the Lakeside unit needs an upgrade to a more easy to use system, we had to call in a maintenance guy, who was already at home, late at night to show us on a video call how to operate it. We faced the same issue on the second night as well, we struggled to bring the temperature down for a good 2 hours. This is the only issue that makes me my rating a 9 instead of a 10.
