Beautiful location. Clean. Staff was helpful. Restaurant was great. Nothing really to complain about🔥

Confusing when entering. Parked far from reception and walked then had to bring the car up to where the room was.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities was cleaned well.

The ants was quite bad. We wernt aware of the ants issue and left some food on the counter to come bk to it being covered in Ants..

A noise emanating from the TV that was not sound related. only one lamp worked, and it was not very good. Thin walls, could hear the neighbour's tv and conversation. The toilet seat doesn't quite fit the toilet. it was cold but the wall heater was unplugged and the cable was not in the room. not that I wanted room service, but it was advertised on booking.com but there was a sign in the room specifically saying no room service. a fern hangs in front of the door in a manner which pricks you every time you lock or unlock the door. the shower head was stuck aiming mostly at the wall, and while I'm no plumber i do have some experience in that, but could not realign it. The hot water seemed to be running low too, despite there only being one other occupied room in the area I stayed, though that could be attributed to the neighbors.It wasn't a bad stay, but there are definitely some things needing attention. I was never uncomfortable or feeling bad, but I never felt like I was getting my money's worth either. I skipped breakfast as it is only served from. 8am onward.

The location is perfect, easy to find. The place have such a summer vibe! It’s so clean, bedroom smelled so great.

There’s nothing to not like…

I liked everything and more the food and also the loaction most off all and wonderful stuff

Enough entertainment for kids.

Facilities at the play area are broken. Dianna approached me with wrong information. She could have at least confirmed my name first before she continued with the conversation.

Staff is very nice and helpful.

Informed about Restaurant closed on Mondays only after booking was made and payment done. Remote location for finding alternatives.

We miss the breakfast the 1st morning, not aware that it was included in the tariff. Lady at the reception exceptionally friendly and helpful. Actually all staff very very good. many thks. Would like to deal directly with you in future iso Booking.co.
