Everything. From the way we were received, shown our room and told about about entertainment within. The room was so clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing.

Our shower pressure was very low. We could not use it.

I loved the views, my goodness. The tranquility is also unmatched.

There were no dish cloths, and the breakfast options included in the accommodation fee were very minimal. My booking was said to include a jacuzzi, but there was no jacuzzi in or near our room.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and the animals 🔥🔥 it really does feel like an escape from the stresses of life.. its so homy truly an amazing escape. the only thing I'd say was a disappointment was one of their waiters behavior it was addressed by the manager, but I honestly doubt anything beyond that was done. I'd even go to the extent of specially asking for a lady named zodwa she's beyond professional and really does care. She ensure we had a pleasant stay. She truly deserves a raise or something.

Room was clean, tidy , spacious and perfect. . Breakfast was excellent and delicious. Staff very friendly. We'll be going back again.
