"Excellent Harbour front staycation destination."

The location on the working harbour close to restaurants light rail museum and beach. Lovely spacious room with balcony and large windows to watch the ships come and go. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Large spa bath. Tasty generous portioned room service breakfast. Convenient valet parking for small fee.

The shower is over the large spa bath and is difficult to climb into to take a shower.

"It was a fantastic experience"

The property was clean and the staff are very polite. The lady who cleaned my room got me some bandaids after I asked where could I go buy some. She was very helpful and polite. The room service was great too. I look forward to staying at Rydges Newcastle again soon.

The location was excellent, with nearby restaurants, convenience stores, a museum, and the seaside all within easy reach.

The room given to us was newly renovated and I can smell the newly painted room which is not comfortable.
