Wonderful, accommodating and helpful managers. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Our room was beautiful and clean. Overall just a great stay. I would definitely stay there in the future.
Beautifully restored Victorian property, with furniture of the era. Expansive gift/Christmas shop on the premises. Picturesque Pennsylvania town surrounded by lush forests. Owners of the property were on site for much of the time and were generous in sharing the history and lore of Emporium... which is was the birthplace of Sylvania. We'll be back. Thank you Jim and Matt.
Jim and Matt are top notch hosts. They pulled all the stops to the smallest details and it doesn't go unnoticed. Everything was super comfortable, private, and an amazing shower. And the soap- who gets excited about soap? I'll tell you what, they don't use ordinary soap. The fact that we had the entire place to ourselves the first couple of days was extra nice. They were responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were all set for our stay and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We plan on returning for sure.
Jim and Matt were wonderful friendly hosts. Adorable lodgings with a great bathroom!! Fluffy white towels, etc.
The rooms are really well decorated and the atmosphere is good.
Jim is a gracious and friendly host. Inn is lovely and beautifully maintained. Shower with dual shower heads (one rainfall) was a nice luxury.

Such an awesome boutique hotel! The town of Emporium is quite a sight to see. The whole town is surrounded by mountains and being from the city, I was just in awe! The owner Jim was extremely kind to me and my girlfriend. Wish I had more photos to share. Already planning another trip in the summer! I can’t wait!
The property is beautiful. The owner has a great heart and cares for his customers. The level of care for this romantic get away included wine glasses and a cork screw. Very thoughtful. Notes in the guest book said, he treated his other customers with excellence as well.
