Spark by Hilton Cedar City

Staff was great, I wanted to check in early while my wife was here for work and they accommodated me.

The only reason we chose this hotel was hotels.com stated it had a hot tub which was in our search filter. It did not nor has ever had a hot tub

Our only issue was that I had to have a refrigerator and we couldn't get one.

The shower and sink were clogged. Tile in the bathroom cracked. Dresser drawer broken and kept sliding open. Someone else before us still had hair on the bathroom counter. Disgusting Hampton Inn. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns for years and never had a problem before this place

This property needs a facelift, it is old and worn

Central to parks

We had asked for joining rooms at check in so my mother and grandmother could be next to us. Instead we were both given joining rooms with other guests whom were loud and noisy from 1:30 am to 3:30 pm. We barely got any sleep.

Good location

This facility was very old and not up to Hampton Inn standards. It was lacking a refrigerator, had a terrible shower head and had a tub shower even though the room was listed as a handicap room. For the price, we expected more.
